as equal to the devotees of Shiva?

Is the day great or the linga great?
Those who forget the greatness of the linga,
and believe in the greatness of the day
are guilty of the five-fold deadly sins.
We should not see the face of such sinners.
Those who fast on Monday, Bhouma day,
Vyatipata day, Sankranti and Shivaratri
are condemned to eternal hell.
Therefore, we should not see the face of such sinners,

what is dawn and what is evening time to a devotee?
